Game End Date Extension?

I've just reached November 1918 in a Veteran Ottomans-only game where I managed to defeat Russia and Italy while having Switzerland join the war, leading to a near-encirclement of the remaining French forces in Italy. Although the US did join the war, France had a morale of 19% and Britain 11%, which meant that if trends continued, they would likely collapse by November 1919.

Therefore, I am wondering if there is a way to continue the game until the end of 1919 or even beyond, to see the war go to its final conclusion

Yes, go to Options -> Advanced and tick the Disable Game End box at the bottom right.
