[1468] Manoeuvering to refuel glitch for ferry missions

Attached scenario: The F-15 is on a ferry mission from Hawaii to Guam. There is a tanker about halfway through. Play the scenario at flame speed until the F-15 turns around to refuel. Here it gets stuck in some sort of strange loop where the status oscillates between "Heading to refuel point" and "RTB (bingo)". While it eventually refuels successfully, it takes far longer than necessary because the aircraft keeps turning around to RTB, then turning back toward the tanker, every few seconds.
