Comparison with War in the West

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Comparison with War in the West

Post by mssm45 »

Hello,

I recently purchased this game and am interested in how its strategic bombing engine compares to that of War in the West (WitW).

If you have played both games, I would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Not even close. WiTW is fine for a general strategic bombing campaign. BTR is far superior.

Thank you.

Which BTR features would you highlight that provide a far superior experience?

More detail and diversity. Plus WitW is a ground war campaign with an air component. BTR is an air war campaign.
