Victory Conditions

I am confused regarding 1939 scenario victory conditions. Under editor victory conditions there is a detailed description of various victory conditions for both axis and allies. I have been assuming that these conditions govern. However, in a 1939 scenario version 1.19 I just completed a game a screen appeared displaying National Moral, Victory status etc. Very confusing! Is game determined by these stats? Thank you.

The scorecard is a new feature released with the latest patch. It does not override the victory conditions, it merely gives you more information, both during the game and also once it is over.

Just seen my scorecard & it conflicted with in game info. Challenge ID 46498. German morale per NM graph was 83% yet scorecard had it as 38%.

Any reason for the discrepancy?

What is the NM of the other Axis Majors, as Italy and Japan's have to be taken into account too?
