Thought about upgrading #VARIALBE_CONDITION= x [x] [xxx] [0 - 1]. How about adding option [2]. Not at war, for when a country that is still on the DIPLOMACY pick list after reaching 100%. This way a country could reach 100% but not at war condition can be set. Once the country drops off the DIPLOMACY list the script is cancelled, and not the be recall even with TYPE=2.
