DoW of Tannu Tuva on the Axis?

Does Tannu Tuva declare war on the Axis as the same time the USSR was attacked by National Socialist Germany, like it's historically correct or will it remain neutral?

Tannu Tuva is neutral until the USSR enters the war, ordinarily joining shortly after, but in this release that won't be in June 1941. More likely 1945.
