Axis supply in Arkhangelsk

Hello again!

A small note concerning invasions in general, and one in particular. Unless I am mistaken, the units located in certain ports of the Baltic are not resupplied, such as in Riga (even for the Russian) or in Oulu (if the Russian has the misfortune to land there).

But I also wonder about the supply of Axis units that land at Arkhangelsk and take the port. Well, the Russians must put a good unit to keep this capital point, especially because the blockage of the adjacent railway prevents the supply coming from Murmansk.

I had put a good unit to guard this bastion, which was crucial for the Russian victory, but my opponent, extraordinarily deceitful, gifted and smart as usual, made the garrison flee and took the city and the surrounding hexagons, blocking the railway and making the meager hopes of victory that could still remain for the Russians at the end of the summer of 1941 disappear.

But my troubles are not the reason for this post. With winter coming, the sea north of Arghangelsk is frozen, preventing by definition any supply by boat. But the Finnish corps that firmly holds the city still only has a "Basic supply". Um... HOW does this supply come?

I don't think many players attempt this invasion, but when it happens, it would probably be relevant to prevent these troops from being supplied, at least in winter turns when the sea is frozen.

It is a port supply issue.

There is nothing in the code that prevents Axis supply by sea to that location even with the sea frozen.
Same could be said for the port in the Baltic that is not the Finnish capital. If the Finnish capital is lost that port still provides supply to Axis units there even though it likely should not.

The port in Persia, in the Caspian Sea provides supply for Axis and Allies alike, yet no transport can get to it.

This could all be addressed but it requires a bunch of coding which is not likely to be completed.

Maybe it could be updated in the event file, I would have to look.
