Customizable countries for RTW3 expansion?

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Customizable countries for RTW3 expansion?

Can we please get 4 or so nations we can customize in the expansion? Edit the name and flag so we can replay of make what if engagements with countries like Argentina, Brazil, Australia or Chile.

Is there an editable trigger to enable both Austria Hungary and China to be present in the game without losing any of the other countries?

The SouthAmerican Dreadnought race mod was built for an older version of the game but still works if you transpose it onto the current versions
