e.g.:
- armored cars are sometiems mentioned, sometimes not (occasionally way more). I now simply added them from the start to all (medium TOE 10/192 from April 1943 cites them! (Zaloga, Ness. red army handbook, page 93)) - I also have German intel reports showing them in all TOEs at the start of 1944 with the old manpower numbers (so from spring 1943) and again for a Light Regiment which you can see here: - Squad composition is not 100% clear (most likely they had LMGs...), so if someone would find some strength reports with some LMGs being shown (at least for heavy/medium Regiments) this would answer the question
- There is the possibility that generally some recon men are missing (highly likely), like 1 Squad at max but it's all not rly clear, Intel gives "8men" or "1 Squad" - while Niehorster gives much larger numbers for his 1944 TOEs (which I can not find/confirm with other sources).
- some differences may also come from whether a Regiment was supposed to be attached to a Corps or as an Army-Reserve (and so on)...not sure.
LIGHT
The light Regiments were Light "Divizions" (I can't read cayrillic, but the letters are always different then when somethign is described as an Regimenthttp://tankfront.ru/ussr/organisation/org_sa.html wrote:Self-propelled artillery shelves, which were in service with the SU-76 unit, consisted of 5 batteries for four installations and support units, the same as in the regiment of SU-122 (253 people, 21 SU-76).

I could not find evidence, that Light SU Regiments (I'll keep calling the Divizions Regiments) ever got any directly attached Infantry. Neither intel strength reports, nor intel TOEs, nor any other sources besides the sometimes mentioned "all Regiments had the same composition" (which usually refers to the number/composition of SPGs).
So three of this Regiments built up a Light SU Brigade and since they did not have internal Infantry, the Brigade received a Motor SMG Battalion.
Following a report from July 1944. Note the only 42MP. MEDIUM
Above Medium and below Heavy seem to largely been having the same composition besides some manpower difference. With those there are occasionally reports about larger numbers of APCs, but I can't say for sure which and for which parts of the regiment.http://tankfront.ru/ussr/organisation/org_sa.html wrote:Since April 1943, the formation of self-propelled artillery regiments with the same type of installations began. The SU-152 regiment in state No. 010/461 had an organization similar to the SU-85 regiment. In the spring of 1944, the heavy self-propelled artillery regiments of the SU-152 were re-equipped for the installations of the ISU-122 and ISU-152, transferred to new states and all of them were awarded the rank of guards.
