Not my general subject of interest, but I will list things which I find along the way which lead to confusion in other subjects.

304th RD vs 307th RD
Currently ingame the 307th Rifle Division gets converted from the 109th Mechanized Division (see pic right side search area).
Meanwhile the 304th is freshly created from scratch (see left/main section of the pic).

Actually it seems as it was reversed.

In July 1941, the 304th Rifle Division was formed from the remains of the 109th Mechanized Division, and a newly called up 807th Rifle regiment.

Which is underlined by the 307th being named by this order for creating fresh units but the 304th not being named.

ON THE FORMATION OF NEW DIVISIONS

1. To approve the following deadlines for the completion of the formation of rifle divisions:
[...]
307th Infantry Division - Moscow Military District - stationed in Ivanovo - by 12.08.41.

Further.

After losing most of its trucks and tanks in its first battles near Kiev, the 109th Mechanized Division[1] of 5th Mechanized Corps began moving back to Zolotonosha, east of the Dniepr River, to reform as the 304th Rifle Division on July 12, 1941.[2]

Possible Solution:
I think you just need to "rename" (the scheduled rename) the 109th MD into 304th RD and change the name of the current 304th into 307th.
