304th RD vs 307th RD
Currently ingame the 307th Rifle Division gets converted from the 109th Mechanized Division (see pic right side search area).
Meanwhile the 304th is freshly created from scratch (see left/main section of the pic).
Actually it seems as it was reversed.
Which is underlined by the 307th being named by this order for creating fresh units but the 304th not being named.https://philonworldwartwo.blogspot.com/2011/11/67th-guards-rifle-division.html wrote:In July 1941, the 304th Rifle Division was formed from the remains of the 109th Mechanized Division, and a newly called up 807th Rifle regiment.

I think you just need to "rename" (the scheduled rename) the 109th MD into 304th RD and change the name of the current 304th into 307th.
