[1.27a] No Experience for OHQ Commander from inter-turn Command Unit combat

Just a quick report: it looks like my OHQ Commander was attacked in her command post between turns, but didn't gain any skills experience from the combat.

So the exception may be because the OHQ Command Unit is being treated as if it belonged only to the SHQ roster, rather than also belonging to the formation it commands. I haven't checked how SHQ logged this particular attack, but it was probably logged normally there. And the SHQ Commander's experience gain would be same whether the attacked unit was interpreted as belonging to the an OHQ or to the SHQ, right? So the SHQ log may not tell us anything. But the OHQ log shows no action.

Also, I believe an attack on any other unit in the Brigade yields Commander combat skill experience even if between turns, and this can normally be seen on the OHQ Commander's character log. So it's probably only attacks on the Command Unit and only between turns which don't register skills experience as they should.
