[1728.2] Carrier cargo error

I tried to move the weapons inside a container on the aircraft carrier to the carrier’s magazine, but I can’t. As shown in the attached screenshot, every button except “Unload cargo” is disabled. “Unload cargo” lowers the container to the shore, so that won’t work. I think this is a bug. Alternatively, I’m wondering if there’s a way to move an aircraft carrier’s cargo to its magazine. In the attached scenario there are three cargo items on the Gerald R. Ford carrier — you can check and confirm.

Unload cargo is at the moment only set for facilities and not for ships. Looking into adding it also for ships in the future
