Tin soldiers graphic problems

Hello, I have purchased and dowload TIN SOLDIERS and the game doesn't seem to work properly. I have been able to upload a picture.The cursor is sawn in white, the colours are distorsionated and I can't see any options of the menu selection ones. I don't know what it's happening because I have many other matrix games and they work properly (Steel panthers and their mega campaigns, War in the pacific, Battles in Normandy etc).
I have installed directx 9.0c and my graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440. I would thankyou for any help.

Did you install the managed directx and .NET framework? It is possible to leave them out of the installation process but the game will not run properly without them. (I'll leave the technical details of these components to the development team).

Looks like a graphics driver issue to me - did you install latest drivers ? If yes try the previous ones, or Omega drivers (www.omegadrivers.net) ... I had myself to uninstall the latest Radeon drivers, they created a blue-screen-of-death error at boot 80% of the time. [:@]

I have updated my drivers and now it works, I haven´t done it for two years.
