Maximum Football Release Date Set Today

Just wondering if the Maximum Football Release Date had been determined today as stated that it would be?

Hi.

I don't know of any release date targeted for today that you've mentioned so I don't know where that information came from.

I'm really happy that people are looking forward to the release of the game but Matrix has only been on board for a couple of weeks now. I'm not suprised they wish to take their time and get things done right. It takes time to get ramped up on a project like this.

This thred was started because someone in the forum who is a member of the staff had stated in a previous thread that Matrix was looking at making a decision today. At least, that is how I read it.

I also want to point out that my intention was not to say that the release day was today or for any other date but to say based upon what the forum administrator had said that a decision for the release date would be made by Matrix today.

I counted at least seven different threads on Maximum Football, could we a have a moderator sticky one of these so that General Discussion does not become the Maximum Football forum? I may be in the minority but I am not really interested in this game, and these threads, at least in my opinion border on spam, since it is the same thing when is the game going to be released. I do not want to offend anyone, but this is just cluttering the General Discussion forum.

My intention is not to offend you or anyone else, but I do want to point out in the description of this forum it does state the following:

Gamers can also use this forum to chat about any game related subject, news, rumours etc

We should be able to discuss these items just as much as any other gamer that posts within this forum as well. If a wargame, which by the way I play and respect, can be freely discussed then we should be allowed to discuss a future project at least in my opinion. As far as spam is concerned that is only opinion I could say the same about your reply to the beginning of this thread since it is not relevant to the topic that started it that is refering to the release date.

Again I am not trying to make you mad but we must learn to respect each other war gamer and sport gamer alike. I have great respect for each and every person that is on these forums and my intent is not to anger anyone. The bottum line is I am excited about the game and I apologize if I affended anyone.
