How do you change deployment start lines for a battle?

In a random battle they are affected by the visibility. To change the start lines for a specific map, you would have to load it when on the editor screen, and click deploy. You can then click on the blue / green flag button (I think that's the one) to redraw the deploy line for whichever side you clicked deploy for.

Ditto Mr Minefield,

Start lines can be changed in the (in game...not Fred's ) editor by clicking on the Green/Blue flag button. Then you simply click the icon for which side you wish to change first. Then, when you click on the map you will see the corresponding flag from the existing start line move to the location that you clicked!
