There are only two kinds of people that understand Marines: Marines and the enemy. Everyone else has a second-hand opinion.

Yup!!!!!!!!

Any missions were they are in combat will gain them experience,
Fly some sweep missions over enemy bases at varied altitudes ,
or empty red dot bases, escort bombers on missions to enemy bases
or red dot bases if you can't reach enemy bases.
If in front line combat, rotate squadrons in and out constantly to not
overstay and get them killed by fatiuge and lowering morale.
The main thing is to watch fatiuge and morale levels and rest them
when opropriate to not lose them to op losses caused by fatiuge.
varying missions helps out...

Training Flights will increase experince slowly.

This will bring their exp up to 70.
This will decrease the squadron readiness and morale.

Successful Combat w/o losses will increase it the fastest.

Replacement pilots have certain training levels.
Look for prior post on the pilot replacements exp levels and number.
