We are testing a version now that could be the final exe we use for the official patch. It has a few more bug fixes and UI improvements that weren't in the 1.087 version. At this point we are waiting for results from testers on this exe and the localized files for the patch from the European localization team. I can't say exactly when these things will come together, but we all hope it will be soon (as in sometime during the next one to two weeks).
All understanding comes after the fact.
