So I had this game vs the AI playing only as Japan, normal settings. Nothing unusual the first 4 years, taking all the Pacific region and China, India, but never attacking the USSR. And, I'm getting to Egypt ya know, defeating the small Brit garrison there... and then slowly move over to Libya.. then Tunis, then Algiera..Morocco. By this time, Italy and France were WAllied held, and Germany had around 80+ units defending the 2 germanies. So Japan invades and occupies Italy, then Southern France, Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, Western & Eastern France, Holland (defeating a large WAllied army there). By the time I destroy the large WA army in Holland, I also have finally occupied Washington, and the rest of NAmerica too. Free trade with SAmerica
. And then, the coup de grace, while all UN armies are concentrating on the 'Germany First' policy (germany has 4 production, Japan 56) I Sealion England. Note, this is Japan, invading from France into England, home base being 6000 miles away. I mean how much more fantasy can you get
I wonder though, if in continuing this game, if Japan can ever beat Russia, because of the huge manpower difference. Some suggestions for any other types of wacky games? I mean, I like Sealioning, and with Japan, it now has that 'exotic' touch.
