T44 5/30/42 Here is a view showing Bizerte just fell. On the next Axis turn the German and Italian ground units in Italy will surrender and be withdrawn. Only Vichy units will remain. They will surrender when Algiers is taken. That will not take very long.

T150 7/11/42 The Italian BB Roma which is a Littorio-class battleship was sunk by allied anti ship bombers under UK Coastal Command. The air assistant is functioning which resulted in a computer generated strike. Since the Roma was just commissioned at this time it is not included in any task force. There were no defensive fighters either.

Only the B24 is in range. It is not an anti ship aircraft but does have some anti ship capability and there were many of them.

I expect at some point the Japanese fleet will send some ships to interfere with my activities. That is why I pulled the ships back. I want to hit the Japanese ships with naval bombers first.

T159 9/12/42 The status of the Solomon islands. The Allies have taken Guadalcanal and are mopping up Bougainville. The Bot has yet to counter attack. I think the Bot is waiting to get a good strike against my carrier groups which have withdrawn for now.

T163 10 10 42 A Q ship strikes! I was moving US troops from England to Morocco to prepare for the invasion of Sicily and forgot about Q ships. I had swept the area previously but Q ships move around on their own.

The Michel sunk some US ground equipment.
