Hi Leo, thanks! Not much new around the house for a while. The area we cleared in the back is really growing in with grass and keeps me busy mowing in the summer. Still saving toward the pool and fence upgrade for the back yard. I really can't wait for it, but have to be patient and save rather than borrowing so much.

Happy belated birthday, GP! I'll look forward to some train layout pictures. No progress with my home layout for the last year as I'm spending most of my free time with my drumming. I play almost every night for about an hour. I did recently start up a new game of Distant Worlds 2 and am really enjoying it again.
