I think it's the tactical number for that tank (it's on the color profile drawing I found of a Panzer I in SCW colors).

The real thanks has to go to all the other modders as well; especially benpark; I tried my hand at trees and gave up in frustration after a few hours; but Ben has been plugging away at it..[&o]
