Weather: Grey, with a possibility with less grey in the afternoon. So there is a possibility that the afternoon will have less depressing weather. At least if the sun dispels the grey.

The Atlantic herring (or the Baltic herring), for example, is commonly eaten in Sweden. Especially during all holidays, and it contains D-vitamins. Some other fat fishes has also been in the traditional cost. As has eggs. All with vitamin D In it.

Also, historically, Swedes has been able to get enough vitamin D during the summer from the sun to store it in our bodies for the entire year. Not even in the cities, as I understand it, where the population historically suffering from any D-vitamin deficiency.

In more modern history the dairy products (and some other products) has vitamin D added to it.

Edit: I am speaking in general terms here. Exceptions there often is when speaking about general things.

Good morning folks, the time is now 0655, its 30 degrees out, its going to be partly sunny and mile with a high of 46 degrees and tonight will be mostly cloudy with period of rain late and a low of 35 degrees, wind is blowing to the southeast at 1 mile per hour and the humidity is at 83%, sunrise is at 0748 hours. At least that is what my phone is telling me.

Can you image 20 years ago? My phone was a flip top and it only made calls but I could call anywhere. Can you image 40 years ago, my phone was in the living room, and connected to a wall, if I wanted any privacy I had to drag it down the hall to my bedroom and shut the door and sit at the edge of my bed to talk, you had to dial the circle thing to get hold of someone and you had to memorize their phone number (or write it on a "roll-a-deck" if you had money, most times I just walked down the street to Dave's house and knocked on the door and asked his mom if Dave was home.

When I was a kid, the town I lived in was actually a village. We had a sheriff and a deputy. Population about 2000. The last time I visited the village, it was a city of 500000. And growing.
I remember there was a general store on the corner of the road I lived on and the main street. In school I remember air raid drills. Oh if you went to the local pizza shop, you could get 2 large slices and a can of coke for 79 cents....GP

We were near Earl Naval Weapons station, fort Monmouth and a airforce base that I can't remember the name of. Plus New York City was close by....GP
