Probably need to destroy more than 9 enemy fighters per day...

According to Alfred, and my experience, it won't upgrade.

Ah, well if Alfred says so then that is good enough for me!

I will issue the same challenge I did Ranger Joe....upgrade a squadron that is to be perm withdrawn, with less planes in the pool.

I have never done it...Alfred says it is hardcoded...
