June 1943, Soviet manpower is now at 47%. Soviet losses is at 140 steps for the last turn or this turn, I never know. 140 steps!!!

I never understood the losses...it seems to be for last turn and current turn best I can tell...but difficult to determine.

I do whatever I can to pull back and restore a new line.

At one point as was so frustrated not to understand it that I tested it and actually counted the damage to make sure.

When you start your turn, the total you see is the sum of your last turn and your opponent last turn. But you will also add the curent turn damage as it happen.

A) German Turn
B) British Turn
C) German Turn

When starting C, the German player will see damage for turn A and B. Damage done on turn C will also show as it is done.

End of June 1943. Forces, Casualties and Soviet manpower down to 45%.

In Italy, Taranto is captured by the Allies. Quite on time for Italia surrender. The game is completely off track on the Eastern Front that's all.

The German troops "might" be able to take Taranto back before the cease-fire... I am curious to see.

End of July 1943, two more Soviet rifle armies destroyed. OVERRUN this is the term. Never there is a tank brigade around against all those tanks. A Soviet rifle armies is what 6 infantry division and usually two tank brigades. Yes yes, the German infantry division is bigger the equivalent of a Soviet corps. But, there is no Tank attribute in Soviet rifle armies compared to US infantry corps. WHY????

Advancing in Italy but the Germans are not even retreating. This is excellent. They don't have too, plenty of reinforcements are coming in the north of Italy to form a new frontline.

Is there any manpower problem for the Germans? I let you answer.

From what I can see, Germans have 13 mechanized corps and 4 tank corps.
