TWEAK: The slug-trails are now rendered as an actual fading trail instead of unselected ref-points
I'm going to post this here as patch feedback and not tech support, but I was a fan of the ref-point based slug trails over the current implementation and I wished we could have the option to revert to that.

For certain paths like circles, the points more accurately captured the trajectory. Drawing a line from last point to current point implies a straight trajectory that is often false and misleading:

The opentopomap is incredibly fast now. Every now and then I get a 1-2 second pause when zooming way in, but much more functional now.

"* ADDED: Indicators for aircraft contrails and ship/submarine wakes can be displayed on the map, under a unit's datablock.
