I downloaded AT but cant install, there is no serial number to be found.
Help needed

Didn't you get an email from matrixgames@digitalriver.com?

On it you can read this:

If not, just check your junk email or something.

Also pay attention BEFORE you download, right on the screen is your serial number. For future reference.

Below is a cut and paste of the email that i received on the firts of november when i purchased the game there is no serial number written...[&:]

Yes Eric is strange, 18 day after the purchase i feel disappoint no physical shipment arrive, no serial number, i emailed at the customer support but recived no answer for my enquiry....[:@]

All physical shipments are actually on hold until our printer finishes printing the manuals, which should be soon. The physical option was only live in the store for less than a day as the result of a store glitch. You will get your physical order, but no sooner than anyone else - it's not lost though, don't worry.

As far as the serial number, it's definitely unusual that you didn't receive one. You can try going to www.findmyorder.com to retrieve your serial number and order history there. Let me know if that works for you.

As you can see there should be a serial number were is written "#:None"?!? [8|] but there isn't.....
