Customer Service Help

I recently tried to re-install UV on a new computer and the game kept telling me the serial number was in valid. I have my origial disc (which has a number and order number on it....both are nearly the same) and the little piece of paper which also has my order number on it. I tried the knowledge base/help desk and each time I try to submit an "issue" the site says an error occurred. I also used this site to look up my old order number and it shows the invoice but has the serial number as not avilable. Is there an alternate e-mail I can use to try to resolve this issue and get a valid serial number.

Send a email to Erik Rutins and he should fix your problem.
