PDF Manual

Just bought the game and prior to playing thought it would be a good idea to give the manual quick read through.
Easier said than done.
The formatting of the PDF manual is appalling, only the top half or so of each page is used generally stopping mid paragraph or mid sentence. Any information relating to the graphics is not aligned to what it is referring to (if it is even on the same page) making it a bit of guesswork as to what text refers to what graphic.
This must be one of the only computer wargames where it seems to be a good idea to play the game before reading the manual! Not that the tutorial helps much.
Why, why, why didn't you use the same (significantly more professional looking) manual format that was used for ToW?
