Hi,

I purchased World in Flames - Physical with Free Download on Dec 14th and completed the download that day. Just bought a new computer and tried to install with the DVD in the books only to discover that the DVD is blank. Then tried download to discover that to be unavailable as well. Please help! How do I regain access to the product I purchased?

I think that best way to get assistance in your case is to go support and to the helpdesk and file a ticket. As I understand it they are good at helping with such trouble as you have.

Any other DVDs being reported blank by the new computer?

No, I installed other games with it.

Are you sure its a DVD drive, not a CD drive you are using? It might sound like a silly question but you have to start with the obvious issues
