How to make the ferry hex with interdiction of 2?

You need to run ground attack -> ferry air missions. It's not super easy.

Does a ferry hex have any ice level during light snow, snow or heavy snow?

It has -1. It seems to be the admin. movement of poor road. On top of the above mentioned question, does it follow the air interdiction cost?

No, IIRC it's some sort of hybrid where interdiction will remove the admin bonus but won't create additional movement costs, and it's treated otherwise as a sea hex, i.e. if you get interdiction level to 2 it switches to your control and won't allow enemy supply through.

I have set the Ferry to High. There are 2 missions but only 1 entry for the Schedule. How do I set the schedules for the Ferry and Interdict differently?

BTW. What is the number after RECON meant?

You can set each mission with a different schedule. So for example if you had 10 GA missions with the default of schedule D1, D3, D6 and D7, you can set each of the 10 differently by going back and selecting each one and adjusting any of the parameters. So one mission could be set to D2, D3 and D7 and the next to D1 and the next to D2, D5, and D6.

What I would see from the schedule in the Air Direction is D1, D2, D3, D5, D6 and D7. D4 is omitted because it is not included in your example. Am I correct?

I find that it can be toggled not only the schedule but also missions. If I toggle one of these, say D2 off and Ferry to low, would it cancel all Ground Attack operations of all missions at Day 2 and all missions of GA against Ferry from high to low?

The basic idea is you setup (or leave the defaults) Air Doctrines first. Then if you want those to take effect you delete all the existing Air Directives (missions) and recreate new Air Directives which will inherit the Air Doctrines that you just set. Next you select an Air Directive like GA and plot all the "missions" for GA individual, once done you can now 'override' any of the Air Directives (missions) that you set individually. Any of these single Air Directive "missions" changed in this step will not effect other missions that have been set.

Not following you. Do you mean on the Recon Tab? What number?

The top right corner, RECON (6). From what you have mentioned above, I guess that (6) is 6 Recon missions assigned. Am I correct?

Why the MP cost to ferry in scenario A is 5 (9-4) and scenario B is 6 (16-10)?

The cost of MPs for entry of ferry is 6 MPs. It is not understanding what cause the MPs to be 6 in one case and the other to be 5? At first, I think that it may be the administrative movement against the poor road which is -1. It does not make sense because ferry is a special sea hex as mentioned by K62 above. Anyone, please.

If it is caused by an enemy zone, it would increase the total cost. The minimum cost for entry to Ferry is 6. At first, I think that it may be caused by admin. movement because it is the only factor bearing the negative value. It seems not. The ferry hex is clear ground type not the road type. Simply, I do not get it. I have seen every word of ferry in the manual. They are not helpful.

because one move is normal friendly hex-friendly hex, the other has to trigger a combat (23.8.10), you can't stay in a ferry hex at the end of turn. So it shows the cost of entry plus the cost to carry out an attack
