Timing for hull variants improvements?

The recent research fixes are really welcomed. Thx.

Is there a timing on improvements for hull variants? Currently, keeping multiple active hull variants is a pain because auto-upgrade and fleet management can't handle them. Specifically:
  • Auto-upgrade retaining the ship's current variant
  • Being able to assign multiple hull variants in fleet management

We will add more support for this in the future, but this is currently working as designed and we're still working our way through some gameplay fixes and issues that are not working as intended first. I don't have an exact timeline yet, but we hope to have a partial new roadmap done next week.
