I've played STJEAD a couple games now and been beaten to a bloody pulp. But I think this game has had a few updates since the last AAR so someone might find this useful.

Anyway...

I occupied Milne Bay and went to occupy Buin but didn't have the distance. That transport came under air attack so I couldn't undo the move. He'll surely sink that embarked tiny unit on his turn. Speed bumps.

These moves are a little more in earnest as I'd like to hold him above Namuga.

South east of Pearl he raids the convoy lane and sinks eight transports. Not much can be done with that now.

I can lose Austraila and New Zealand but I can't lose India. And he will move to isolate India as fast as possible. Every scrap of metal possible will be sent to India and every drop of oil to the UK until that front stabilizes. In China most headed west.

Division don't have ZOC. Small corps are better to slow the movement rate of the Japanese.
Good luck.

The battleship Yamato and others raid India's convoy route. They sink 10 merchants and 1 escort.

Little does the Yamato and her crew know that one day the Yamato will save the Earth itself. ;)

If not already done, buy AAA guns, plenty of AAA guns to protect your ports.
