There is something in the Scenario Catalogue, but I don't have the actual scenario and I don't know where to get it

I have a couple of Austro-Prussian war scenarios but for TOAW3.

There is also a scenario named 1866 - Battle of Custoza – XIX which deals with the Italian participation.

Despite the "Cow", it seems to load okay and run okay in TOAW IV.
