There is something in the Scenario Catalogue, but I don't have the actual scenario and I don't know where to get it

There is also a scenario named 1866 - Battle of Custoza – XIX which deals with the Italian participation.

Despite the "Cow", it seems to load okay and run okay in TOAW IV. Not sure how it would play.
