[FIXED] Is a POK greater than 100 percent possible?

I have experienced a situation where I am seeing POK percentages which are greater than 100 percent. If this is by design, then that's fine. If not, I will provide an example.
I have been playing Trident Boreal and I routinely see that when dealing with combat resolution sequences where there are something like 111 percent kill factor.
(BTW, this particular scenario does not save well. Many of the units are missing when you reopen the scenario, so a save with this one might be difficult.)

Well from looking at the scenario...oh, wait. There is no scenario.

I never had this problem testing this scenario in old builds of CMO.
There must be a bug somewhere in the more recent ones, because it was reported in another scenario and the devs are searching for a save before it happens.

the engagement should generate a record in the combat log under the log folder. you can open it with notebook and search for that weird PoH number

Indeed it is there, just searched for "111%" in the logs and there are several lines, example:
09-Sep-24 16:32:03 - Aster 30 Blk 1 NT #638 HIT: Weapon: Aster 30 Blk 1 NT #638 is attacking RGM-109I Tomahawk Blk IV MMT [Multi-Mission] #328 with a base PH of 95%. PH adjusted for weapon speed: 93% (combined attitude control). Target speed modifier: 20%. Intercept angle 90 deg, tgt 500 kts, intc 774 kts. LOS rate 0.51 deg/s. AgilityScore 12, CrossingMod 1, KinMod 0.99. PH reduced by 1%.Final PH: 111% Result: 15 - HIT.

I'm working on it, but for now...
As I said, the scenario will not save properly. It loses half oof the units.
Here is a screen shot showing two Patriot batteries with a Final PH of 113 percent.
2/12/2027 10:13:12 AM - MIM-104F Patriot PAC-3 MSE #4019 HIT: Weapon: MIM-104F Patriot PAC-3 MSE #4019 is attacking SS-N-26 Strobile [P-800 Onyx] #3921 with a base PH of 95%. Target speed modifier: 20%. Intercept angle 33 deg, tgt 1450 kts, intc 1852 kts. LOS rate 0.67 deg/s. AgilityScore 12, CrossingMod 1, KinMod 0.98. PH reduced by 2%.Final
PH: 113% Result: 60 - HIT.
2/12/2027 10:13:13 AM - MIM-104F Patriot PAC-3 MSE #4020 HIT: Weapon: MIM-104F Patriot PAC-3 MSE #4020 is attacking SS-N-26 Strobile [P-800 Onyx] #3924 with a base PH of 95%. Target speed modifier: 20%. Intercept angle 33 deg, tgt 1450 kts, intc 1826 kts. LOS rate 0.64 deg/s. AgilityScore 12, CrossingMod 1, KinMod 0.98. PH reduced by 2%.Final
PH: 113% Result: 64 - HIT.

Target speed modifier: 20%
+20%?
usually it is -20%

From the last beta patch.
TWEAK: When an aerospace target has a speed under half of the weapon's max-target-speed value, it becomes easier-than-nominal to hit (PH boosted by 10%). If the target is even slower (less then 1/4th of max target speed), the bonus becomes 20%. (This makes slow air targets like most drones a bit easier to engage once detected)

Does this issue matter in reality? To "kill" the dice roll should be equal to or less than the adjusted PoK. If the dice roll is capped at 100, why does it matter if the PoK is 100 or 105 or 752?

I think in the contrary case is adjusted to 1%, pure luck if you hit.
In this case should be 99%, I guess, pure bad luck if you do not.

This has been fixed for the next update. The "sanity caps" are at 5% and 95%.
