Tried forming a naval task force at Wakkanai base on Hokkaido island. I can't get it to move anywhere. I have tried to move other TFs to Wakkanai, I saw a message saying can't move the TF through frozen sea. I haven't seen this before. Is this new? Or am I missing something? This is a modded scenario.

Pwzone/pwhexe etc. problem definitely.

RHS mod had frozen sea hexes in northern areas around Alaska and Aleutians. They were impassable for TFs. But Hawaii? What scen are you playing, DOCUP?

You may be confusing Wakkanai, a city in Hokkaido, Japan with Waikiki a neighborhood in Honolulu, Hawaii.

My bad. I recon RHS also had some frozen hexes around Hokkaido.
