Good news: Eric says that he checked, and it turns out that 1) the Attack Report was wrongly stating that no damage was being done when it was indeed being done, and 2) there was a minor bug involving brigade artillery not having a far enough range, which will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

That applies to both brigade and horse artillery attachments? How long until the next patch?

Yes, to both. The patch is still about two weeks off. We want to make sure to test the patch thoroughly so that we're confident we haven't introduced new problems while getting rid of old ones (and, of course, that we've fixed the things we think we've fixed). The patch does have more to it than a fix to this problem, so it takes time. In particular, if we're making changes to how gains and losses in National Will work, that's a major change that can't just be rushed out there without sufficient testing.
