The Ning Community

Shaun, I'm lobbying the PS Ning Community to petition you to keep it alive. We have 81 members now. This thing has acquired a life of its own. Personally, I've never been part of that sort of network, but I have started pouring myself into it. Who I am is part of this network. I don't want to start over, and I think many of the members feel the same way.

The final decision, of course, is yours.

More than you can imagine.

I watch Remy and Don every night on NESN via Satellite. I lived in Massachusetts for the first 23 years of my life. Red Sox, Pats, B's and Celts! Just got tickets to all 3 games of the Sox/D-Rays in late September, going to fly down there with my son for a 3 day weekend of games (family tradition when my sons turn 10).

I would like to echo what KG had to say!

I much prefer the PS Ning community over Facebook. To me Facebook seems more like a dating service! which my wife is strongly against my joining [:D] I really thought we had a great thing going, I liked the ability to fiddle with my personal page in Ning and it just felt more "homey". And I have to add that I had way more problems found by AdAware after time spent on Facebook.

Obviously Shaun knows WAY more than I do about the capabilities with Facebook etc.and I have no idea how he is planning to integrate this into PureSim, but if I have a vote I am voting that we go back to Ning.

Yeah. I saw that. I can now keep the "Flatbush Deli" open. That makes me happy. Time for a hot dog and a beer. [:)]
