Hi

I dont know. For me it depends on if there is any critical bugs fixed in those versions. If not i think you guys should play on. There is already a version 33 and there will continue to pour out versions. But if there is some critical bug that will really screw up the game then better to start over. How big of a bug is the japanese supply bug?

But really, it is up to you guys since i havent invested any time in the game yet.

Most of the v32 bugs were caught with the v32a patch. There were a couple more found after and have been fixed in v32a2. But nothing that I would call a game killer. v32a is a pretty sound version. I say we continue with v32a unless dicedT would like to switch to v32a2 then we can switch.

There are some pretty big game play changes coming very soon anyway. Some of these issues are still being hashed out. Possible changes with ARTY and Probable significant changes to air power. Either v33a1 or v34 will likely have more realistic air war in the west than any version of WAW yet. I'm very excited about that change.[:D](maybe even some new aircraft types)
Also Tom has incorporated a new Naval construction system into v33 that is a major change from previous versions.

Then i second that opinion. Are you guys still on t8. That should be april 1940 right? Then i should come into play in a couple of turns (hopefully).

Just played the western blitz card. West has played the anti-blitz card. France is prepared.

Managed to capture Lille and destroy 2 of the West armor units. Also sent subs to scout coast west of Kiel and found a British fleet of 2BB 2CG 2DD within range of a small formation of carrier air I have built. Attacked with 12 carrier air and followed that attack up with an attack from German navy.

West lost whole fleet except 1BB and German lost only 4 carrier air. It was a nice catch and a little bit of good luck on the battle outcome. One less British fleet to watch out for. I'm very happy. I'm am concerned about counter attacks from the west in France this turn. I led the invasion with fast moving SS units. I'm hoping they don't take a beating now in the French counter attack. Taking out 2 of the French armor units should help take some of the bite out of the west's vengence.

Paris has fallen. The other players are now active. TPM needs DicedT's E-mail address.

I got the turn a couple of days ago. I should be able to get it out in the morning.
I just found out Sunday my Grandfather has terminal cancer and I've been a little busy with family.[:(] Normally I am very reliable about getting my turns out within 24 hours. Sorry about the inconvenience. Its just very advanced and the doctors are saying 2weeks to 2months. I should be able to get the ball rolling again with my turns tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about your father - I hope you live close enough to be able to spend some time with him.
