I read the manual but I can't find any info on scenario lenght or turns limit.

Please, where can I check how many turns are still remaining ?

As far as I know, you can't tell explicitly exactly how many turns are left. But buy watching the Victory "thermometers" you can tell when the end is imminent. This bothered me at first, but I think it actually works fairly well.
