If modeled in AE, these would have to be weaposn with no more tha 1 point of soft target damage, and even that might be too great for the effectiveness in reality.

Actually -all bombs- have an "anti-soft" rating of 0. It's thier "effect rating" that is (supposed to be), the number of pounds of TNT (a 500# GP bomb has an effect rating of 500).

You'd have an effect rating of 0 (since no TNT, and would therefore do nothing in-game). I suppose you could have a "penetration rating". Penetration rating is (supposed to be) the number of mili-meters of steel/armor that can be pentrated.

I don't know how many mms of armor a glass bottle woud/could penetrate. But it would certainly have a bit of kinetic engergy if you dropped the thing from 12,000'. I would think even an empty glass bottle could punch thru 1mm of steel if you dropped it from 12k (obviously it would shatter as well).

(and yes, it would matter if the bottles were filled with beer etc).

Sorry. I'm waxing a bit nerdy.

Well, now I know how bombs are modeled. Honestly I was just throwing out a guess there on how they work. [:D]
