SU-76 and SU-152

It is January 1943 and I have started to build these two units. Having not got here before playing Russia, I would like to know where can I place them. I can not upgrade any of my current units manually as the SU-76 is a Light Tank Destroyer and the
SU-152 is an Assualt Gun. All my current units are Medium or Heavy Tanks. I am under Human Factory and Upgrade control.

I think they are automatically added to your divisions and corps. At least that's the way it used to work with the original version. When the SU-76 became available, those regiments started popping up by themselves.
