Awards

Post by decaro »

I recall that somewhere in the manual I read that medals are awarded by probability; if so, I wonder if that probability increases w/multiple kills?

On more than one occaision, my tank units have destroyed a dozen or so assorted enemy tanks, arty and infantry w/o one single medal awarded to them, while other units get awards for lesser accomplishments.

Does the formula for awarding medals include a factor to significantly increase the probability of the award w/each enemy unit destroyed? Perhaps that probablility should be cumulative?

Yes multiple kills do increase the odds slighly but there is still a big random element.

Awards + experience promotions are being reworked for the patch.
