Don't know where to turn. Posted a request for information about why I can't save a game in Grisby's WAW and received a note from rjh1971 that I didn't read some "sticky" on the support forum. I followed the link given to me and read a half dozen posts about having to delete old saves or there is a problem if one installs to other than the default install path....I don't have any old saves to delete and my folder "dat" folder DOES NOT INCLUDE A SAVE FOLDER....I responded on the forum I was sent to...and I still couldn't tell where I was....and even included a screen shot of my folder tree that clearly shows that the game install did not MAKE A SAVE FOLDER....I am pretty confused and frustrated. I bought a game for almost $50, installed it as instructed, was the current version after FIVE patches...I spent hours playing only to find out I couldn't save the file...I go to the forum for help and I get an answer that I must have missed reading some "sticky"...I think I find the "sticky" and it still doesn't tell me what the problem is...if rjh1971 had the time to tell me to click on a link to a forum that is supposed to tell me the answer, why can't he just TELL ME THE ANSWER! I am so disgusted that this is likely my last Matrix purchase and I am sure if I can't even get an answer to a question as fundamental as this on a tried and trued and five times patched game, I sure as hell am not going to get my money back either.

Who out there knows why one might not be able to SAVE game and please don't tell me that I have some old saved "save" in a directory that I don't have. Thanks.
