Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

I haven't been on these forums in years, but SCWW2 looks very promising. Will it have any pre-war scenarios? Specifically, 1936- or even 1933?

No. you will need to play HoI series for a '36 start or Making History for a '33 start.

Thank You. One more question. Can the player make his own campaigns?

There is an Editor that is included in the game that is pretty powerful. However, I have no idea if you could create a game that started earlier than '39 with it.

The game does have three starting points, '39, '41, and I do not recall the third. Maybe '43? If that helps any.
