Looking for a teaching opponent.

Post by AdmiralFatcat »

I'm a WWII history buff and retired about 5 or 6 years ago. I found MWIF a few years back but only tried to play it about a year ago. It was easier studying Latin. I've read the rules and tried to play a few scenarios solo but never get very far. I've also tried both sets of tutorials and I still end up messing everything. I've looked at most of the forum posts as to how to do certain things but I'm the kind of person that learns games better by playing them against a real opponents or an AI. I'd really like to play MWIF GW at least once before I get too old. I'm looking for someone or a couple of someones to help me. If could play against a human opponent that has the patience of Job and was willing to teach an old dog lots of new tricks I would be extremely grateful (how about putting him/them for up sainthood). I'm willing and able to try any method to accomplish this. Please let me know if anyone out there can do this.

Ken - - I’m in Northern Maryland (in the US) / Where are you located? Thanks, Don.

At times it may be easier to talk on the phone than type (an E-Mail) . . .
