Allocate Percentage Of Points for Artillery?

When using Auto unit selection, you can assign a percentage of points allocation to the various categories of units, but there's no option for off-map artillery. I find the Auto unit selection chooses forces that have zero off-map artillery a lot more often than I'd like, and I want to have more control over it.

Perhaps the maximum allowed artillery points could be adjustable... or perhaps if the player wants to have a certain number of guns then the forces should be picked manually?

I want AUTO selection because I don't want to know the AI opponent's forces ahead of time, and I like having to make use of whatever the AUTO selection gives me.

I don't know if I'm just unlucky but 7 out of 10 games the AUTO selection gives me no off-map artillery. Especially in a large scenario with lots of forces it is very strange. I notice many games go by where the AI never uses off-map artillery as well, so it affects the AI too.

Perhaps you could come up with samples of such scenarios? I think the auto-purchaser usually does pick artillery, if it has enough points. There can be many explanations for why the AI doesn't use artillery. Perhaps it was Soviet artillery and it didn't have TRPs close to the potential targets.
