DLC Install Help

I have just purchased all 4 CMNAO DLCs. I have the core game updated to latest version. The downloads for each DLC show an installer and an update. Which to install and to same DIR as core ?

Just run the update for each DLC, then select which product from drop down and enter key to verify. Thanks!
