Noob Question re Green Tide Scenario

I'm playing Green Tide. Does anyone know how to secure an oil rig with a RHIB Team? I've sailed a RHIB within 1nm as directed by the Side Briefing, but nothing happens. Likewise, how do you deploy an RHIB from one of the ships? Not sure what to do.

Seems like there's an issue with the triggers for that event, they're not firing when the units enter the 1nm zone around each rig.

The RHIBs are carried on the Perry frigate and patrol boats--not the DDG. You can launch them by selecting the ship and either pressing F7 / clicking the Boat Operations button / clicking Boats in the unit status pane. This will launch the boat operations dialog where you can launch boats by selecting the relevant boat and clicking the 'Launch Individually' button.
