If Lewis isn't made a 'Sir' there is going to be trouble. What a champion that man is - in every sense of the word.

There can not possibly be any reason big enough to deny him that honour.

I thought a person has to do a lot of charity work to get knighted (and never get arrested, etc.). Perhaps a lesser honor, MBE or OBE (if he's not already).

I suspect he does a lot for charity - but regardless, the work he is currently doing around promoting diversity, should be sufficient. He is already an OBE.

There is a woman who dropped out of high school who is a colonel in an armoured regiment, I do believe that she was knighted or the equivelent.

Grosjean was very lucky on this one.

Lewis was also lucky to win the Driver's Championship when he did. He now has COVID-19. George Russell may fill in for him the rest of the season.

Lucky? Erm.... he has a 131 point lead (that's five races worth assuming Valteri got fastest lap in each race too) over his team mate and has won ELEVEN of the fifteen races so far this season. Nothing lucky about Lewis' championship win at all.

Seriously????

Is George going to be Nigel Mansell Mk2 in the luck department?

Great helmet though - looks fantastic in that car [:)] Such a shame drivers don't pick one design and stick with it anymore [:(]

Good to see Lewis has re-signed for 2021. Now let's hope the car is good.

So the first race of the season tomorrow and it looks like Max Verstappen and the Red Bull are the combination to beat. The Mercedes is struggling with rear-end grip it seems.....

Some very, very interesting team battles ahead; Leclerc vs Sainz, Norris vs Ricciardo, Tsunoda vs Gasly to name but three. It will be interesting too to see how Vettel fares against Stroll (who in theory he should comfortably beat) and how will Alonso do on his return. Ocon is no slouch, although probably not top-drawer so Alonso really needs to be beating him as Ricciardo did last year.

Wishing all the best to Sir Lewis, George and Lando.
